Youth Week is taking place from 11th May – 18th May, providing an  opportunity for young people to express their ideas and views on how ‘Youth Work Works’ for them. Young people have been busy over the last few weeks working together on ‘Pieces of the Puzzle’ activity. This  is a simple artistic activity that consists of young people decorating their own puzzle piece to express themselves , their individual identiy and the uniquiness in their project/club. These activities will be showcased in FDYS projects/clubs throughout the week celebrating and naming the positive outcomes young people gain from being part of a youth club/project, particularly around issues of identity, self-expression and confidence. It is a simple way for young people to tell their own story and to give give them a sense of being part of something bigger than their local club/project.
