Ahead of the leaving Cert Results in a couple of weeks’ time, many of you will be looking for accommodation near your chosen college be it for the first time or the 4th in your academic careers.
We all hope you can find that perfect flat or house share just around the corner from your college and some of may do so but please be aware perfection is not always possible and there are some rather nasty surprises out there for the unsuspecting.
