Mental Health Reform is Ireland’s leading national coalition of organisations campaigning to transform mental health and well-being supports in Ireland.
Our vision is for an Ireland where people experiencing mental health difficulties can recover their well-being and live a full life in the community.
My Voice Matters” is a national survey run by Mental Health Reform(MHR) on mental health services in Ireland.
The survey is made up of two parts, one survey for the people who use mental health services and one for their family members, friends and carers.
The surveys look at the three main issues of:
- What services are available
- Experience of services provided
- How services could be improved
The aim of the surveys is to identify gaps in the mental health services. MHR then plans to campaign for improvements in these areas.

You can find the survey here and fill it out anytime until the 28th of February 2018.
The survey is completely anonymous and takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.
